It would seem that it could be easier than to cook salmon steak on the grill. But here, as in any other recipe, there are a number of important nuances. For example, the heat should be strong, and the fish should be oiled from time to time.
Ingredients
- Salmon (steak) – 400 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salmon steaks and dry them with a paper towel.
Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Leave the salmon to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
When the heat is strong, put the steak on the grill and brush with olive oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Gently flip the salmon to the other side, brush with oil and cook for another 4 minutes.
Put the finished steak on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
