Ingredients
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Provencal herbs - to taste
- Olive oil (refined) – for frying
- Greenery - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater along with the skin, squeeze out the liquid.
Add eggs, salt and oat flakes, mix and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
Rub the cheese, add to the squash mass, add spices to taste, mix well.
Put the squash dough in a frying pan with preheated olive oil with a spoon and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Decorate ready-made zucchini fritters with herbs before serving.
