It is known that proper roasting of a steak requires care and accurate tracking of time. If you are not satisfied with this option, prepare the dish in the oven. I share an incredibly simple recipe for juicy pork steak in the oven.
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 600 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt (large) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into steaks about 2 centimeters thick.
Rub the mixture of peppers and peas in a mortar, mix with salt, soy sauce and olive oil.
With the resulting mixture, grease the steaks on all sides. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Wrap the meat in two layers of foil and send it to a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Carefully unwrap the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 5 minutes. Or longer depending on the desired degree of roasting.
Place the finished steaks on a serving board and slice.
