Trout with potatoes in the oven is a delicious and tempting homemade dinner. But there is one small catch: potatoes bake longer than fish. Therefore, it must either be cut very finely, or prepared a little in advance. This time I propose the second option, and then in the recipe I will tell you in detail what to do.
Ingredients
- Trout - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lemon liqueur - 1-2 pieces
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the potatoes and fry on all sides until browned and half-cooked.
Cut the lemon into slices. Put part of it into the belly of the peeled trout, and part of it spread out on parchment.
Put the fish on the lemon, add the potatoes and cherry.
Sprinkle everything with pepper and spices, add rosemary and bake the trout in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
You can bake under foil or lid.
