- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste

- Butter - 20 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the asparagus, cut off the rough edges and put it in a saucepan.
Add boiling water, salt, boil for 5 minutes and discard in a colander.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and the cooled asparagus.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and cream.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.
Put the asparagus, squeeze the garlic through the press and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Shake the pan from time to time.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 1 minute.
Pour in the egg mixture, turn down the heat and cook under the lid for 6-7 minutes.
