Ingredients
- Pork loin - 700 g
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1,5 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into thick plates.
Beat each piece well on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and place on a wide plate.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Roll the chops in cheese crumbs, dip in batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops on high heat for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
