Like all foods that are baked for a long time, ribs with potatoes can dry out or burn in the oven. But this is easily avoided. It's enough to just bake everything under foil at once. Foil is the best solution to such a problem.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 700 g
- Potatoes - 900 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 tsp.
- Garlic (powder) – 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs into portions, and the potatoes into cubes.
Mix everything with butter, soy sauce and spices. Leave it on for half an hour.
Put in a mold, cover with foil and bake for an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
