Have you tried baking ribs in breadcrumbs? There are no difficulties in this. Be sure to cook in foil to make the dish soft and juicy. At the end, open the foil briefly so that a ruddy crust appears.

- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Zira - 1 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Parsley (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash pork ribs, dry them with paper towels and clean them from films.
Mix the breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, ground ginger and coriander.
Roll the ribs in the resulting mixture, wrap in foil and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully open the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Place the ribs on a serving board and garnish with parsley.
