Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat into medium pieces, put it in a bowl and pour mineral water for half an hour.
Drain the water, squeeze the meat slightly.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Add chopped onion, spices, salt, sugar and butter to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Place in a suvide and cook for 2 hours at 70 degrees.
Take out, open the bags and put the meat on the skewers.
