Which meat dishes do you like the most? For example, I love delicious steaks. Recently, I especially liked to cook them from turkey fillets. So that the meat is not dry, I flavor it with a mixture of butter, garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Dill - 5 twigs
- Parsley - 5 twigs
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey breast, dry it and cut it into steaks.
Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and leave to marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Wash the dill, parsley and rosemary, shake off and finely chop.
Mix the greens with olive oil and garlic passed through the press.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the steaks and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave the meat under the lid for 10 minutes.
Put the steaks on a plate and brush with a mixture of herbs, garlic and oil.
