A bar of chocolate is not the healthiest dessert, even if it is bitter chocolate without sugar. It's so hard to stop on one strip! But you definitely won't eat a lot of such chocolate-oatmeal bars, because they are not only delicious, but also very satisfying.
Ingredients
- Prunes - 100 g
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Pumpkin seeds - 3 tbsp.l .
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Peanuts - 50 g
- Sunflower seeds - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the washed prunes, most of the oat flakes, cocoa and honey in a blender.
Roughly chop the peanuts and mix all the remaining ingredients into the resulting mass.
Roll out the mass on parchment and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut the bars.
