Ingredients
- Soy milk (or other vegetable) – 400 ml
- Matcha Tea - 2 tsp.
- Maple syrup (agave, jerusalem artichoke) – 4 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Agar-agar - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients in one saucepan and put on medium heat.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes, stirring.
Pour the panna cotta into the molds and leave to freeze in the refrigerator.
