I often cook fruit pastille. And not only in summer, but also in winter. Most often I use apples, pears, oranges and plums for this. The composition varies depending on what is sold in the store. And every time the vitamin dessert turns out incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
- Fruits (different) – 1 kg
- Sugar - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fruit in half, peel the seeds and grind in a blender.
Transfer to a saucepan, add sugar and mix. Boil for 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Turn off the heat and mash the mass with an immersion blender.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with vegetable oil.
Pour out the fruit puree with a layer of 0.5-1 cm and smooth it out. Dry in the oven at 65 degrees for 8 hours. I recommend keeping the door ajar.
Separate the finished pastille from the paper, cut it and roll it into tubes.
