It is difficult to cut a dessert without destroying its beauty. That's why I try to cook such dishes in portions. This time I offer you a recipe for tiramisu in glasses. Surprisingly simple and delicious! And most importantly — you don't have to cut anything.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 150 g
- Mascarpone - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Coffee (espresso) – 1 cup
- Cognac - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash, dry and break the eggs, carefully separating the whites from the yolks.
Whisk the whites with a mixer until sharp peaks.
Rub the yolks with powdered sugar until white.
Add mascarpone to the yolks and mix with a mixer at the lowest speed.
Add the whipped whites in small portions, stirring gently after each time.
Mix coffee with cognac.
Break the cookies into small pieces and put them on the bottom of the glasses.
Pour coffee over the cookies with a teaspoon.
Add a little cream, lay out the cookie layer again, pour over the coffee and add the cream. Repeat the steps until the glasses are filled.
Sprinkle the finished dessert with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
