Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 220 g
- Sugar Substitute - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with egg until smooth.
Add all the dry ingredients and knead the dough well.
Form small cheesecakes, put them on parchment and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Or cheesecakes can be fried in a drop of olive oil.
