Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 60 g
- Flour - 70 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and mix.
Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the finished cake and cut into small pieces.
Dip each piece of sponge cake in coffee.
Beat the cream with a mixer until thickened.
Add mascarpone, cocoa, ground cinnamon and mix.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Fill the glasses, alternating pieces of sponge cake and cream.
Sprinkle nuts on top and add a little raisins. Before serving, tiramisu should stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
