- Potatoes - 500 g
- Couscous - 1 art.l.
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the couscous with hot water in a ratio of 1:2.
Grate the potatoes and onions on a fine grater and drain the excess liquid.
Add spices, egg and steamed couscous, and mix everything together.
