Potato casserole with minced meat, onions and carrots

This time I want to share with you a proven recipe for potato casserole. The main thing here is that the minced meat is not dry, and therefore I add to it a traditional roast with onions and carrots. For decoration, use pieces of tomatoes, but this is not necessary.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Butter - 50 g
- Sour cream - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with sour cream and butter.
Beat the eggs into the puree and mix.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry until tender, and then season.
Put the potatoes, minced meat and potatoes back into the mold.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
