Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1.5 kg
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily chop all the vegetables.
Chop the dill, mix everything together with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes.
Place the salad tightly in clean, dry jars.
Sterilize them for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Pour a spoonful of vinegar and boiling oil into each.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
