Ingredients
- Patisson - 600 g
- Tomatoes (small) – 400 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1.5 art.l.
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the vegetables and put them in sterile jars with garlic, dill, lavrushka and pepper.
Pour boiling water over the workpiece and leave it under the lids for 10 minutes.
Drain this water and add salt and sugar to it. Bring to a boil and pour in the vinegar.
Pour the vegetables again and roll up the jars.
