The popular salad has a lot of variations. Recently I tried my mother-in-law's cucumber tongue. It turned out that cooking it is simple and fast: no need to fry the main vegetable and do rolls. I'm sharing an interesting recipe with you!

Pre-soak cucumbers in cold water for 3 hours.

Chop cucumbers, tomatoes and peeled onions.

Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until transparent.

Add tomatoes, spices, sugar, salt and garlic passed through the press. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add cucumbers and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, put it in sterilized jars and roll it up. After a day, transfer the jars to a dark, cool place for storage.
