Porcini mushroom caviar for winter through a meat grinder

Classic ways to prepare porcini mushrooms for the future is simply to dry them or freeze them. I suggest we go ahead and make such amazing caviar out of them. Moreover, thanks to the meat grinder, it is very easy to prepare. No special culinary skills are needed.
Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms - 1 kg
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms for half an hour in boiling water and put them in a colander.
Randomly chop the onion and carrot, and fry in oil until golden.
Put everything through a meat grinder, add spices and bring the caviar to a boil.
Simmer it for 30-40 minutes, pour in vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
