Solyanka with porcini mushrooms and cabbage for winter

Incredibly tasty and fragrant hodgepodge for the winter is obtained if you add porcini mushrooms to cabbage. It's not for nothing that they are called royal – they transform any dish. At the same time, this is a good solution where to put a generous mushroom catch, so as not to be limited to drying and freezing.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Porcini mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms for 20 minutes in boiling water and chop.
Chop the onion and carrot and fry in oil for 5-7 minutes.
Add the tomato and a little water, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, simmer the hodgepodge for another 40-45 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars for the winter.
