Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours.

Cut bacon, smoked meats and all vegetables into cubes.

Put the bacon, onion and carrot in a slow cooker bowl and add the butter. Cook for 15 minutes in frying mode.

Add smoked meat, potatoes and peas, pour water and season.

Cook in a slow cooker in the "Soup" mode for about 1.5 hours.
