It is enough to add a little canned chickpeas to a canned sea cocktail – and now a full-fledged salad is ready for a hearty and healthy snack. Instead of chickpeas, you can experiment with lentils and other legumes.
Ingredients
- Sea cocktail (canned) – 300 g
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chickpeas (canned) – 100 g
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Greenery (chopped) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, cool and peel.
Grate the carrots.
Chop the cherry, add olives, chickpeas, sea cocktail and chopped greens.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
