Ingredients
- Funchosa - 250 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Greenery - 20 g
- Hot red pepper - half a string
- Peanuts (fried) – handful
- Walnuts (fried) – handful
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander, rinse lightly and leave all the liquid to drain.
Chop the Peking cabbage, red pepper and herbs.
Mix the funchosa, cabbage, hot pepper, herbs, nuts and peanuts.
Separately mix oil, vinegar, soy and fish sauces, ground ginger, salt.
Pour the prepared dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
