Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 450 g
- Bacon - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender.
Cut the bacon into thin slices.
Fry the bacon pieces on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix chicken liver, bacon, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves.
Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and mix.
