- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Sunflower seeds - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.

Wash the champignons, peel off the caps and cut into plates.
Finely chop the carrots and cherries, add the lettuce leaves and mix the salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seeds.
