Here is an original recipe obtained at the junction of European and Asian culinary traditions. More greens and vegetables, tuna, Dijon mustard, lime and sesame – all the best is collected in one salad.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Arugula - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lime - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables, mash the tuna and put it all on a pillow of salad mix and arugula.
Add the olives and sprinkle the salad with lime juice and olive oil.
Add Dijon mustard and sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish.
Decorate with lime rings.
You can add chili, garlic or spicy Asian spices.
