I suggest you try another interesting recipe — tomatoes in Polish. It is better to cook from dense vegetables, otherwise they will boil and lose their shape during sterilization. Also, if desired, you can add parsley, basil or dill.

Cut tomatoes into circles, peeled onion rings.
Place spices on the bottom of the prepared jars.
Lay out the tomatoes and onions in layers.
Boil water, add sugar, salt and butter.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, evenly distribute the vinegar and roll up.
