If you prefer a smoother and more uniform texture without large particles, grind the forshmak in a blender. You can even do it several times in a row – and you will get a nice creamy spread for sandwiches and bruschetta.
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Apples - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- White bread - 2 slices
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the bread in a little water.
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let them cool.
Peel the apple and peel the middle.
Coarsely chop all the ingredients, put them in a blender and grind until smooth.
Add oil and spices to the forshmak.
