To make classic pickled cucumbers tastier and more interesting, I suggest adding a couple of handfuls of cherries to them. Firstly, it pleasantly changes the taste of the workpiece itself. Secondly, it can also be served to the table with vegetables for a change.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 500 g
  • Cherry - 70 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Dill - 1 umbrella
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pre-soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.

Put garlic, dill, spices, if desired, in a soda-washed jar, and on top - cherries and cucumbers.

Pour boiling water over the workpiece and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes.

Boil this water again and pour the cucumbers again for 10 minutes.

Drain the water again, add sugar, salt and vinegar, bring to a boil, pour in the cucumbers and roll up the jar.
