- Nightshade - 2 kg
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Carnation - 6 buds
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the nightshade and put it in sterile jars.
Boil the water with all the other ingredients.
Pour in the nightshade and leave under the lid for 20 minutes.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour it back in.
Roll up the nightshade for the winter.
