Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 50 g
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot pepper in half and peel off the seeds.
Grind gooseberries, hot pepper and peeled garlic in a blender.
Add sugar, salt, hops-suneli and mix well.
Put the adjika in sterilized jars, close the lids and store it in a dark, cool place.
