I like to experiment with sauces for the winter. One of the unusual options is this canned tkemali from a pear. In combination with spices and garlic, it will perfectly complement any dish, and will also be an excellent dip for snacks.
Ingredients
- Pear - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 30 g
- Dill - 30 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop garlic, pepper, chili and herbs in a blender.
Mix with the pear, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Roll the sauce into sterile jars.
