- Chanterelles - 2 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chanterelles thoroughly and place them in a saucepan with cold water.
Add salt, boil for 15 minutes, flip into a colander and rinse again.
Peel and slice the onion.
Pour into a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Add mushrooms, spices and garlic passed through the press. Fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Arrange the fried mushrooms in clean, dry jars, roll up and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
