One of my favorite unusual preparations for the winter is jam from zucchini and plums. It has a completely original taste, unlike any other. And a nice bonus is the simplicity of this recipe, which any novice cook can handle.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plum. Peel the zucchini.

Cut everything into approximately the same pieces, cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.

Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

Roll it up for the winter in sterilized jars.
