Ingredients
- Red Currant - 3 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Water (boiled) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with water and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Sort the red currants, put them in a colander and rinse.
Chop the berries in a blender and then rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and boil for 5 minutes after boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat, pour in the gelatin blank and mix.
Spread the hot jelly in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
