Ingredients
- Sorrel - 1 bundle
- Young zucchini - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the sorrel and pour boiling water over it for a couple of minutes, and then let it drain.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
Finely chop the garlic, randomly chop the nuts and mix the ingredients.
Season the salad with salt and pepper, and then pour olive oil over it.
