Crispy pickled cucumbers in Finnish for winter

Do you like crispy pickles? Even if you already have a couple of proven recipes, then another one will definitely never be superfluous. After all, the more choice and variety – the better, right? I'm telling you how to pickle cucumbers in Finnish!
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Water - 800 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Chop onions and carrots, put them in clean, dry jars.
Add the greens and mustard seeds.
Lay out the cucumbers, pour boiling water over everything and leave for 30 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water.
Boil clean water with salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
Pour the cucumbers with the resulting marinade and roll up for the winter.
