Stock up on delicious apple puree for the winter! Even sluggish and ugly fruits can be used for this. During the cooking process, they are boiled and mashed with a blender. The amount of sugar depends on the acid of the apples and your taste preferences.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 kg
- Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water (boiled) – 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, peel and stone, chop.
Place the workpiece in a saucepan and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apples do not darken.
Add sugar, water and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
Spread the applesauce in clean, dry jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath and roll them up.
