If you like prunes as much as I do, be sure to try this recipe. Seedless prune jam with walnuts is more likely to belong to exquisite desserts. They close it a little, take care of it and put it on the table for a special occasion.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the prunes with warm water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Pass the workpiece through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender.
Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Pour chopped prunes into a saucepan with syrup and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and leave the jam for 1.5-2 hours.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan, drain from the husk and chop.
Put a pot of jam on the fire, bring to a boil and pour in the nuts.
Boil everything together for 10 minutes, put it in jars and roll it up.
