Ingredients

  • Apricots - 1 kg
  • Orange (medium) – 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
  • Water (filtered) – 6 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the apricots into halves and peel them from the seeds.

Wash the oranges with boiling water and cut them together with the peel.

Fold the blanks into sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour boiling syrup into fruit jars, roll up and turn upside down.
