Very often, your favorite Asian exotic is much more accessible than it seems at first glance. And you don't even need to look for special stores and supermarket departments. So the tom yam sauce can be quite cooked at home.
Ingredients
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Vegetable oil (grape) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice (or lime juice) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Lemon zest - 1 art.l.
- Honey (or sugar) – 4 tsp.
- Ginger - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic and fry in oil for a minute. Put it aside.
Fry the chopped chili in the same oil.
Chop everything in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk the sauce again.
