Ingredients

Mayonnaise - 200 g
Capers - 2 tbsp.l.
Pickled cucumbers - 60 g
Shallots - half
Greenery - a couple of twigs
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop onions, herbs, capers and cucumbers. Small capers can be added to the sauce as a whole.

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, onions, cucumbers, herbs and capers.
