- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 1 art.l
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the vegetables. Fish is suitable both fresh and frozen. Pre-clean the fish and cut into small pieces.
Put the fish in a saucepan, add spices, bay leaf, a whole onion and put it on a small fire for about 20 minutes.
Finely chop the carrots, send them to the frying pan to fry. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, send them to cook with the fish. Add the sauce and salt to taste. Bring to readiness, remove from heat. When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
