Apples make a lot of preservation. Usually these are jams, jams, pastilles and compotes. You can also make apple juice with pulp through a juicer. According to the recipe, a little sugar is added, but this is only if the fruit is sour.
Ingredients
- Apples - 3 kg
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut apples into quarters, peel from seeds, chop.
Pass the fruit through the juicer.
Mix the resulting cake with water, sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour in the juice, stir and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
Pour into jars and roll up the apple juice with the pulp.
