- Water - 800 ml
- Barberry - 200 g
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and thoroughly rinse the barberry.
Add sugar, fill it with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for a couple of minutes and let it stand for another half hour under the lid.
