You can bake wings in different ways. Chicken goes well with many spices and sauces. Here everyone already chooses an option to their liking. For example, I really like it with curry and turmeric. They not only make the dish tastier, but also more beautiful.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 600 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and place them in a bowl.
Add salt, spices, oil and vinegar. Stir, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, put the wings in one layer and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Gently flip the wings to the other side and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
