Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. Add the minced meat to the same place.
Beat eggs with spices and flour until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients, put them in a mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
